AL curtain wall
Modern architectural solutions, primarily for representative business facilities with more and more glass area in the external facade construction caused the great range of aluminum facades in our offer from classical, over sub-structural and structural to spider facade.
Specifications:
- Profiles alloy AlMgSi0, 5 F22 according to standard EN AW – 6060.
- Tolerance of profile shape to the standard EN 12020 – 2.
- Waterproofing according to the standard EN 12154.
- Air permeability according to the standard EN 12152.
- Gaskets EPDM according to standard DIN 7863 (-30 do +80 stepeni).
Classical facade
Classical facade is self-supporting, the whole glass, thermally insulated structure of aluminum profiles.
Visual width of profile is 50 mm.
Tegular profiles can be of various shapes and sizes which achieve the required visual effects.
The depth of vertical and horizontal profiles is generated according to the static calculation of deformation of the glass construction
This design allows the peripheral water drainage in three planes. All EPDM seals are high-class and in black colors.
The system has elements of PVC in the zone between the glass, opening on vulcanized element allows drainage of water from the primary channel.
The thickness of glass packages that can be incorporated in the facade raster ranges from 6 to 50 mm.
Some segments of the facade that we want to open can be derived structurally in different ways of opening.
This construction of the facade has the widest and most reliable configuration and implementation of all forms of vertical facades, roof structures, greenhouses, stairways, atriums, etc.
The coefficient of thermal conductivity can be:
UF = 1.4 – 2.30 W/m2K EN 12412 – 2
UF = 1.2 – 1.80 W/m2K EN 180 10077 – 2
Semi structural and structural facade
Semi self-supporting facade is constructed so that is basically divided into two parts.
Semi structural (visual profiles in scope of wing) i structural facade (without visible profile) is glassy self-supporting thermally insulated structure of aluminum profiles.
The system is divided into two separate units:
- Internal supporting structure that is measured according to static calculation allowed deformations of glass construction.
- External structures for carrying glass and fill that is finally shaped in the plant.
Glass frames are connected and then agree to the previously mounted internal construction. Opening the windows in the facade shall be concealed stainless mechanisms around the upper horizontal axis in the field. The combination of glass and aluminum frame with structural facade is achieved with the coupled effects of structural silicone and hidden mechanical wearing.
All Gasket are high EPDM class and are colored in black.
This structure is mostly used for sealing high buildings with raster facade that provides opportunities of serial production.
