Ventilated facades

All common solutions in modern architecture include application of various types ventilated facades. Whether it is a reconstruction of existing or construction of new facilities, these types of facade cladding are being applied in their design.

Considering the many years of experience in the manufacturing and assembling of aluminum curtain walls and other aluminum manufacturing, with realizing close association with various types of facade cladding, ALIMPEX in its offer had included work on the facade of the following types of coating material:

1.Facade cladding by composite panels (alucobond)

Panels are manufactured with composite sandwich plates integrated core.
Thickness of panels can be 3, 4 i 6 mm.
This kind of facade coverings is primarily characterized by low weight for a very simple and rapid installation, surface flatness, resistance to atmospheric effects, a large selection of colors and light engineering processing. Projecting, cutting and shaping of the panels are performed by most contemporary equipment for that kind of work.

They can be applied to the facades and roofs as well as interiors of buildings.

2. Facade covering by panel materials (trespa, prodema, parklex).

Plate materials are flat panels, reinforced with wood fiber, processed under high pressure and high temperatures with excellent thermal and mechanical performance.

Extremely resistant to weather conditions. Sun, rain (including acid rain), humidity, have no effect on the exterior as well as the core of the panel. Even the high and rapid temperature changes from -20 to +80 C without affecting properties, stability or the look. Modules of elasticity, high ductility and strength flexibility guarantee resistance panels at high impact.

Homogeneity and density of the core ensures that the panel has a large force against the drawing, which is particularly important when the panel is outside (invisible) fasten by jacking and insertions. These systems provide opportunities for high insulation values in summer sun, excessive heat can be diverted through the ventilation between the panels and insulation material.
They are available in a wide choice of standard colors, effects and endings.

3. Facade cladding with tiles of granite or ceramic tiles and ceramics.

Editing is done on a flexible aluminum substructure with visible or invisible plate holders.
