Aluminum-wood
The persistence and strength of aluminum, as well as beauty and sophistication of wood gives this combination features that neither of these two materials can not reach by itself.
Great result and a great challenge is combining these two materials so that the resulting product has superior characteristics. Because of that, we use only the profiles from manufacturer who presented this combination for the first time and set the world standards.
Aluminum protects the wood from external influences: rain, sun and frost and allows him long lasting period.

Technical description of the system:
- Aluminum profiles with thermal break.
- The composition profiles: alloy AlMgSi0, 5 F22 according to standard EN AW – 6060
- Tolerance profile shape and dimensions according to standard EN 12,020-2
- Gasket EPDM according to standard DIN 7863 (-30 to +80 degrees)
- Wooden coverings: oak, cherry
Staining of wooden profiles is made by polyurethane paints.
Thermal break is made of glass fiber reinforced by polyamide thermal break barriers for the bridge between metal parts.
The combination of aluminum profiles and poly-amid tape was performed by rolling which forms bulges on the aluminum profile and that way avoids slip between aluminum profiles and poly-amid tape.
Insulation between the aluminum profiles and wood cladding is performed using poly-amid connecting cartridge to allow that two physically different materials expand and shrink.
Glass thickness:
- 22 mm for the fixed elements
- 20 mm for the opening elements
