NC 65 and NC 72.1 STH STH SUPERTERMIC

  • Aluminum profiles with thermal break, are designed to meet the strictest European standards of stability, thermal and sound insulation.
  • Thermo interruption is produced using the latest technology for this type of product. It consists of polyamide fiber Fiberglass reinforced belt. The combination of aluminum profiles and polyamide tape was performed by rolling, which is the aluminum profile form bulges and thus avoid slip between al profiles and polyamide tape.


Technical description of the system:

  • Extruded aluminum profiles, made of alloy AlMgSi0, 5 F22 according to standard EN AW – 6060 (UNI 9006-1).
  • Tolerance of shapes and dimensions of profiles according to the standard UNI 3879.
  • Sound insulation according to DIN standard 4109.
  • Waterproofing in accordance with EN 12154.
  • Air permeability according to standard EN 12152.
  • EPDM seals according to standard DIN 7863 (-30 to +80 C).

  • Glass or panel thickness can be from 6 to 50 mm.
  • Quality seals are EPDM vulcanized with corners.
  • Beam Profile cattle may be 65, 72, 75 and 80 mm.
  • Width of wing profile can be 65, 75, 76 and 85 mm.
  • Thermal break profile width is 27 mm.
