PVC windows and doors are primarily expected to help with energy savings, to prevent the penetration of external noise and to represent the protection from burglary.
PVC components manufactured in our plant, which is equipped with latest equipment for processing PVC profile, satisfy these criteria, stand extreme weather conditions without damage, are durable and require very little maintenance.
Because of these characteristics, benefits and acceptable cost, they have much wider application regardless of whether you are building a new facility or reconstruct the old.
Technical characteristics of the system:
- Five-chamber profile, the value of 1.3 W/m2K.
- Glass up to 39 mm thick.
- Mounting has a high level of security thanks to the space for mounting the shackles of 13 mm.
- Gaskets have EPDM quality.
- Width of profile 70 mm.
- Width of profile wing:
- Slot for the glass is placed on the outside of the sloping angle of 5 degrees, which provides perfect drainage of moisture.
The system of the window profile is made of stable, high-impact tough PVC profile with steel reinforcement. By the combination of security bonds and special glassing, it is possible to achieve a high level of security.
Material from which the products of PVC profiles are made, corresponds the standard DIN 4102, B1, it is difficult flammable, so the components made of these materials represent effective measures in the system of fire protection.
